2011 Stoa BLUE BOOK MIDSEASON is coming...

Hi everyone.  I solicit your input for what you would like to see in this year's Blue Book Midseason for the Stoa "FEDERAL REVENUE" resolution.  The focus is on Neg briefing materials, so I'm looking for AFF cases you've heard are out there that need to have good Neg material developed.  Thus far, I have the following materials lined up:
