Through May 31, Monday-Saturday, various team-debate editors will be posting everything that has to do with the NCFCA resolution, refreshed by noon every day. Blue Book has been the NCFCA's leading sourcebook (11 years strong). Blue Book Report is an extension of the top quality and excellence we place on research and integrity of that research.
